Michaela is a Boston-born life long resident. Growing up in Brookline and Jamaica Plain, Michaela brings an insider?s familiarity & expertise to her clients.

Testimonials: Michaela is happy to receive impromptu "thanks" for doing what she loves. Some of those are excerpted here.

-- ?I just wanted you know that I do realize and appreciate how hard you worked for me. And I love my house!? - ?Ah, Michaela, you are so great going to bat for us on all of these properties. This is a much longer, more drawn-out process than we'd hoped but it's good to have you on our side.?

-- ?Just want to take a moment in the midst of all of this craziness to let you know that we think you're doing a fantastic job. We know you have other clients to worry about and put time in for, but you've been nothing but generous with your time & efforts on our behalf, and for that we couldn't be more grateful. Frankly, I don't know how you do it - doesn't seem to be enough hours in the day!?

--?Michaela is a consummate professional. She is bright, detail-oriented and is a pleasure to work with. Michaela is dedicated to making sure her client's best interest is always in the forefront in every transaction. I would highly recommend her.?
-Heidi Benson, Attorney Lamb & Brown, P.C.

--?Michaela delivers results. Not only will she drive you around to countless homes, she is the first to point out potential problems with houses, does not hesitate to asks sellers and their agents tough questions but makes sure the properties you see meet your pre-established criteria. She is honest, had a great sense of humor and there is NEVER any pressure. Michaela is the best!?
-Carrie Richards, Buyer Client

--?I am pleased and honored to write a testimonial about Michaela Hellman. Michaela stands out as one of the best real estate agents that I have ever worked with in my legal practice. She is conscientious, ethical, and smart.

--Michaela starts out by educating her clients, whether they are sellers or buyers. She explains the process to each client and continues to educate them throughout the process. She makes sure they obtain all information they need to make proper decisions. Her clients come to closing fully prepared to deal with matters in a straightforward manner. Michaela negotiates for her clients to make sure that their interests are fully represented. Michaela handles herself professionally often converting the other side into her future clients. She is thorough in everything she does. She has the details of every transaction at hand and is willing to go the extra mile for her clients. She is easy to contact, promptly returning all telephone calls and emails and when she takes a vacation she always has a knowledgeable agent covering for her. She often continues to assist her clients long after the closings.
I have probably worked with Michaela on fifteen closings. I am always amazed at how much time she dedicates to each client.
- Kathryn Farrell, Attorney Deschenes & Farrell, P.C.

--?We absolutely could not have had a better experience selling and buying our homes. You made the process so manageable and positive. We appreciate your professionalism, good humor (we can't imagine you have many clients who have someone run into the side of their building right before an open house...), and courtesy. Also, you were awesome with our kids!

--?We really feel so fortunate to have the experience we did with you. Thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you!? -Beth Frankl & Michael Short, Seller & Buyer Clients

--?Wow, according to this article, the bottom has fallen out for condo sellers in most major cities, including Boston. You wouldn't know it from my perspective, since you did such a great job at getting me asking price so quickly! I'm not sure how your company works, but if you have a supervisor, please forward this email to him or her with my deepest appreciation for beating the odds in a collapsing market!?
-Lisa Gaumond, Seller Client

--?I was moving to Boston "sight unseen" - yet Michaela was extremely in-touch with my needs and flexed as I did throughout the process. She was a pleasure to work with and I felt like she had my best interests in mind at all turns. Importantly she was willing to push back on the system/raise issue to higher level to ensure it was resolved in my favor. She is very aware of the various pros/cons of all areas of Boston - and was candid in her responses to my various questions. Michaela is well-versed in the ins-outs of the transaction - and provided good advice from offer to closing questions.?
-Kristen Nostrand, Buyer Client, Proctor & Gamble
